Chanel Rodeo Drive, Beverly Hills

Designed by Peter Marino, this 50,000 square foot ground-up flagship boutique completed in 2023 is Chanel’s largest in the US. A 30’ tall atrium and monumental stair, fabricated with vein-matched Bianco Sivec marble, serves as the focal point of the space. (four jewelbox VIP water closets)

The project received a LEED Silver certification.

Scope: Furnish, fabricate and install custom cut-to-size and vein-matched Bianco Sivec stairs, entry gallery and atrium walls, soffits and columns, and display platforms. Furnish, fabricate and install Grey Wave Vals Nero and Black Absolute granite flooring for the sales floors, water closet walls and floor, as well as custom integral sink and accessories. Furnish, fabricate and install cut-to-size Moleanos Limestone courtyard pavers, Travertine benches, and Absolute Black rooftop planters.
